Can you imagine the thought of buying a business where you want to move to which is 3000 km from where you live? How on earth would you ever begin to find someone in real estate when you know absolutely no one? Our story is one of great risk and that belief in "it-was-meant-to-be".
We found Bill MacLennan on the internet close to a year before our anticipated move. He located a small business along the line of what interested us. He knew the owners, sent us pictures and all other important information. But, he didn't stop there. He also found us a beautiful place to live, a slip for our boat and names of lawyers, accountants and insurance agents in the area. To say he went beyond the call of duty is truly and understatement. We entrusted our entire new lives with Bill and he has not let us down. We continue to see him regularly in our cafe (ArtSee Cafe) and will "brag" him up to everyone we meet.
